Kensington a top performer in price increases

Sydney's inner Coty suburb of Kensington has shown impressive growth in the Sydney market.  Our property member Carrington Group, had predicted the trend early and successfully opened an office there to assist people take advantage of the opportunities in this quality suburb.

Kensington is in the top ten for the highest percentage price increases in the past 12 months, according to Australian Property Monitors expert, Michael McNamara, part of a group of high performing suburbs including Bellevue Hill and Darling Point.

The area has been boosted by new quality residential developments such as Capella, which recently won at the Randwick City Council Urban Design Awards.

Carrington has opened an office in Kensington on the ground floor of its Capella residential development, where Carrington’s Property Manager Sarah Poulos has been busy placing tenants.
