Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras

Sydney has become famous for many things.  The natural Harbour, Opera House, beaches and Sydney Harbour Bridge just t name a few.But it has also attracted international attention for the spectacular Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras which is a fun event for the entire city.If you are visiting Sydney, why not capture the glamour and colour of this event, which provides a massive financial boost into the local community as it attracts tourists from all over the world.

Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras 2007

18 February – 3 March

The Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras has grown from a local gay pride event to being arguably the most spectacular gay and lesbian event in the world. 2007 marks our 29th year and it promises to be one of our biggest and best yet. There will be a month of high quality arts, sporting and social events culminating in the world famous Parade and Party. Here are some of the key dates for your diaries.

18th February - Fair Day
24th February - Pool party
3rd March - Parade and Party
